ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no Refunds, Exchanges or Transfers. If you are unable to use your tickets please contact our Box Office before the event at 410 252 2727 and transfers to another show may be awarded on a case-by-case basis.
If the show is cancelled, refunds will be given so please provide a valid telephone number/email address so we can notify you.
Seating is first come first served. If you want the best seats please arrive early or become a VIP member to receive preferred seating.
Group parties will be seated together as long as everyone arrives 10 minutes before showtime.
Doors open 45 minutes prior to showtime for the 10:30pm show. All other shows will open 1 hour prior to show time.
WE DO NOT SHIP TICKETS. Print your ticket and receipt at the time of your web purchase or you can pick up your tickets at the Box Office.
There is a Two Item minimum per guest in the showroom. Any combination of Food or Beverages satisfies the minimum.
The Ticket Price does not include the Two Item minimum in the showroom.
Valid Photo ID and the Credit Card you made the Reservation with maybe be presented to pick up Tickets. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser unless prior arrangements have been made with Magoobys.
Please remember to bring your Print-at-Home Ticket. If you can’t print or do not have a printer, just take your confirmation number with you or bring a valid ID to pick up your tickets.
Tickets not claimed at showtime may be released to the general public.
