Steven Alan Green Bio

STEVEN ALAN GREEN, founder and President of The Laughter Foundation, was once told by Jerry Lewis, “I eat people like you for breakfast!,” launching Steven’s highly acclaimed, funny, autobiographical one-man show of the same name (Top 5 Pick, The Guardian; was listed as one of the best shows in the United Kingdom.) As a filmmaker, Steven wrote and directed the quirky comedy short, “Little Things,” about a bomb-disposal agent with OCD. Steven created and produces “High On Laughter,” an annual comedy charity show for a drug & alcohol charity launched by Princess Diana. HOL was filmed at the London Palladium, featuring the best of British and American comedians and broadcast on Bravo UK. Steven is a working voice-over actor, storyteller and singer/songwriter, and hosted The South Park Weekend for Comedy Central UK. In 2010, he co-starred in the UK pilot, “May Contain Nuts,” as Jaunty, the gay husband/producer of Ab-Fab semi-regular Helen Lederer’s fake TV chef.
