John Vargas Bio
Born to two high school sophomores John Vargas came into this world a man on a mission. Being raised by people who might as well have been his siblings, John was forced to develop a personality far beyond his years. He took to the stage at age 18 and has yet to get off of it. Comedy quickly consumed his life as it became his avenue for sorting things out. His autobiographical style of comedy quickly captivated audiences in South Florida and his popularity has since spread as far west as Los Angeles. Already a stand-up veteran in his early 20's, John has worked with some of the biggest names in comedy such as Pablo Francisco, Daniel Tosh, David Alan Grier, and Jimmy Fallon. He was a Finalist for the Las Vegas Lucky 21 Competition in 2007 and has been a Regional Finalist for the South Beach Comedy Festival two years running. The quick witted Vargas is a critic of his own generation and is a favorite on numerous college campuses throughout Florida. His warped views on society - from drug use to Facebook - leave audiences of all shapes and sizes in hysterics.
